**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.

**Duties:**

- Manage all aspects of assigned properties

- Advertise and fill vacancies

- Negotiate and enforce leases

- Maintain and secure premises

- Address tenant concerns and maintenance requests promptly

- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations guidelines

- Utilize property management software

- Oversee administrative tasks related to property management

- Coordinate with vendors for property maintenance

- Conduct property inspections and ensure safety standards are met

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in property management or related fields (Will train if needed)

- Knowledge of PM administrative processes

- Familiarity with legal aspects of property management

- Experience in facilities management is a plus

The successful candidate should possess excellent negotiation skills, a strong understanding of administrative processes in property management, and be well-versed in property management practices. Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and facilities management is highly desirable. Training and licensing will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.07 - $19.04 per hour
